1. Purpose

These terms set out the conditions for using the DD Daengdaeng phone app and the PC app that works with it (the "App"), provided by [To be confirmed — company name] ("we"), and the rights and duties of us and you.

2. Definitions

1. Box — the screen where you throw words, text, photos or files.
2. Brain — the AI model that reads what you say and makes a plan.
3. Activity line — a line the App builds from the record on your device to show what it did. AI doesn't write it.
4. Privacy level — the three levels you choose for what leaves your device (Hand it all over · Hand over, masked · On this phone only). See Section 3 of the Privacy Policy.
5. Trial allowance · credits — units used for tasks that call an outside AI. For now there is only a trial allowance.

3. Posting and changes

1. We post these terms in the App and at dddaengdaeng.com/en/terms.
2. When we change them, we announce it in the App 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes that are unfavorable to you or important). If you don't agree, you can stop using the App by uninstalling it.

4. Agreement

1. The agreement is formed when you install the App and accept these terms. There is no sign-up.
2. Minimum age: [To be confirmed].

5. What the App does

1. The App looks at what you throw and puts it into to-dos, reminders, notes, calendar events or albums; it searches, sets place reminders, tidies photos and files, fills in calls, texts, messengers, email and links, and — if you turn them on — relays messages between DDs and interprets.
2. Features may be added or changed by updates. Changes unfavorable to you are announced in advance under Section 3.

6. It uses generative AI

1. In DD Daengdaeng, generative AI reads what you say and makes a plan. The App's code carries it out and writes the activity line.
2. AI plans can be wrong. That's why the App has activity lines, undo and confirmation steps.
3. Information DD finds is not professional legal, tax, investment or medical advice. In an emergency, call your country's emergency number.

7. What it never does, in any setting

The App doesn't do the following at any level or mode, and no setting can turn them on.

• Payments, confirming bookings, trading
• Permanently deleting files on the spot (on PC, deleted files go to a 30-day bin; tidying phone albums only moves photos)
• Installing programs, opening executable files
• Sending texts, messenger messages or email for you — it fills in the recipient and message, and you tap send (relaying to people you've added each other as on DD happens when you ask)
• Posting publicly, operating security devices, turning on appliances that produce heat

8. Handing over, confirmation and undo

1. "Full auto", where it acts without asking, turns on only after you read, on a separate screen, what it will do without asking, and agree. You can turn it off any time.
2. Things that can be undone are undone from the activity line. Anything you changed or moved in the meantime is left alone, and you're told.
3. The last phone album tidy can be undone within 30 days. Files deleted on PC stay in the bin for 30 days; once you empty the bin, they can't be restored.

9. Outside services

Google, Samsung SmartThings, LG ThinQ or Kakao accounts you connect, sites opened from links, and your phone's speech recognition service follow those companies' terms and privacy policies.

10. What you must not do

1. Hack the App or our server, or send excessive requests by automated means.
2. Use the trial allowance or our server outside DD Daengdaeng (sending other programs' AI requests through it, or reselling it).
3. Tidy someone else's device or files without their consent, or repeatedly relay unwanted messages to others.
4. Use the App for crimes or illegal acts.

11. Trial allowance and credits

1. Features that finish on your phone are free. Tasks that call an outside AI can be tried with a trial allowance at first. The trial allowance can't be refunded or transferred.
2. We don't charge anything now. On the day payments open, we'll add prices, refunds and validity to this section and announce it in advance under Section 3. [To be confirmed — prices · withdrawal · refunds · validity]
3. Without credits, everything on the phone keeps working.

12. Limitation of liability

1. We make sure undo and the 30-day bin work as these terms say. Beyond that, unless we act intentionally or with gross negligence, we are not liable for damage caused by tidying. [To be confirmed — scope under applicable consumer law]
2. We recommend backing up important files separately. DD can't restore files lost to device failure, a bin you emptied, or other apps.
3. Problems caused by outages or policy changes of outside services follow those services' terms.

13. Ending use

You can stop using the App any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling deletes the records on the device; backups in your Google Drive, photos in your gallery, and the PC bin and backups remain (they are yours).

14. Changes to or end of the service

If we end the features that call an outside AI, we'll tell you 90 days in advance. Features on the phone will keep working. Remaining paid credits will be [To be confirmed — refunded].

15. Transfer or merger

If we transfer the business or merge, the receiving company takes over the promises made in these terms as they are. You'll be told in advance.

16. Disputes and jurisdiction

1. We and you will try in good faith to resolve any dispute through discussion.
2. Competent court and governing law for users in other countries: [To be confirmed].
